Maximum: 8 People OR 1,100 lbs. — weight takes priority! you’re responsible for staying within the limit

💵 Fuel Charge:
Flat fee of $30/hour, collected before departure.
🧼 Cleaning Policy:
The boat is fully cleaned and sanitized after every trip.
No cleaning fee unless returned excessively dirty or with trash left onboard. In that case, a fee of up to $100 may apply.
👨✈️ Captain Charter Only:
This is a captain-only trip.
- Respect the Captain and the boat
- No excessive drinking or disorderly conduct
- Safety is always the priority
💰 Gratuity:
Tips are not included in the booking price.
Captains work for gratuity – standard is 15–20% of the boat rental price. Please tip your Captain directly at the end of your trip if you’re satisfied with their service.
🧃 Food & Drinks:
You may bring your own food and beverages, including alcohol.
However:
- No red wine or messy foods that may stain
- Excessive drinking not allowed
- Please bring water to stay hydrated
- All trash must be removed by you at the end of the trip
🚗 Pickup, Parking & Arrival:
Pickup is at a location with plenty of public parking.

Safety is our top priority, so excessive drinking, rowdy behavior, and reckless actions will not be tolerated. Our goal is for everyone to have a great time in a safe and responsible manner.
💰 Tipping Policy – Captains work hard to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. Tipping is customary and appreciated—the industry standard is 15%-20% of the boat rental price, which is not included in your booking fee.
⚠️ Automatic Gratuity – If no tip is provided at the end of your trip, we reserve the right to apply a 20% gratuity charge for the captain and crew.
🧼 Respect the Boat – Please dispose of all trash before the end of your reservation. A cleaning fee of up to $100 may be applied for excessive mess or failure to remove trash.
🍹 Bring Your Own Refreshments – Feel free to bring food, beverages, and alcohol, but please drink responsibly. Excessive drinking and rowdy behavior are strictly prohibited.
🚫 Restricted Items – To maintain the cleanliness of the boat, red wine and messy foods are not allowed. Please keep the space tidy and ensure all trash is removed at the end of your trip.
🌦️ Flexible Weather Policy – We closely monitor the radar and weather conditions daily. If the weather is deemed safe, your reservation will proceed as scheduled. However, if there are safety concerns due to heavy rain, strong winds, or storms, we will offer a reschedule option at no additional cost. Your safety is always our top priority!
🐶 Pet Policy – Case by Case Basis – Dogs may be allowed upon approval. Please message me with your dog’s weight and breed before booking. If approved, be sure to add your pet under the add-on section when booking. Dogs must be recently groomed and have trimmed nails. A cleaning fee of up to $50 may apply if pet hair removal is required.
