Safety is our top priority, so excessive drinking, rowdy behavior, and reckless actions will not be tolerated. Our goal is for everyone to have a great time in a safe and responsible manner.
A Clean & Enjoyable Experience
🧼 Commitment to Cleanliness – The boat is sanitized after every rental for your comfort. Please dispose of your trash before returning the boat. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee of up to $100.
🍹 Bring Your Own Refreshments – Feel free to bring food and drinks (including alcohol), but no red wine or messy foods that could stain the boat.

📍 Travel Limits – The boat may not travel South of Fort Washington or North of Georgetown Waterfront (past the Key Bridge).
🚗 Free Parking & Easy Check-in – Parking is free and public. Arrive 10 minutes early for a smooth check-in. Meeting details will be provided after booking.

💰 Tipping Policy – Captains work hard to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. Tipping is customary and appreciated—the industry standard is 15%-20% of the boat rental price, which is not included in your booking fee.
⚠️ Automatic Gratuity – If no tip is provided at the end of your trip, we reserve the right to apply a 20% gratuity charge for the captain and crew.
🧼 Respect the Boat – Please dispose of all trash before the end of your reservation. A cleaning fee of up to $100 may be applied for excessive mess or failure to remove trash.
🍹 Bring Your Own Refreshments – Feel free to bring food, beverages, and alcohol, but please drink responsibly. Excessive drinking and rowdy behavior are strictly prohibited.
🚫 Restricted Items – To maintain the cleanliness of the boat, red wine and messy foods are not allowed. Please keep the space tidy and ensure all trash is removed at the end of your trip.
🌦️ Flexible Weather Policy – We closely monitor the radar and weather conditions daily. If the weather is deemed safe, your reservation will proceed as scheduled. However, if there are safety concerns due to heavy rain, strong winds, or storms, we will offer a reschedule option at no additional cost. Your safety is always our top priority!
🐶 Pet Policy – Case by Case Basis – Dogs may be allowed upon approval. Please message me with your dog’s weight and breed before booking. If approved, be sure to add your pet under the add-on section when booking. Dogs must be recently groomed and have trimmed nails. A cleaning fee of up to $50 may apply if pet hair removal is required.
